Osprey's nest in maremma park

Un montaggio, con una delle foto più belle del nido nel parco della maremma, con ben 5 osprey sull'albero, giovani e adulti con lo sfondo della torre di Castelmarino sul bosco mediterraneo. Il disegno a colori è stato realizzato guardando questa scena degli osprey giovani posati sul nido e rappresenta uno di questi esemplari. Acquerello.

Laguna di Orbetello con osprey

Laguna di Orbetello, Novembre 2012. Una giornata in maremma tra parco e laguna di orbetello. Un Osprey posato sui pali e reti dei pescatori in laguna aperta. È arrivato al volo, e poi si è posato in attesa... Ho ripreso questi due momenti nel taccuino. A Orbetello si fermano spesso almeno un paio di osprey tutto l'inverno, più qualcuno dei giovani o adulti nati al parco della maremma che si spostano nell'area. Matita.
Orbetello lagoon, November 2012. A day spent in Maremma between the Park and the Orbetello lagoon. There was an Osprey perching on poles and fishnets in the lagoon. It had come flying and then it was perching, waiting... I portrayed these two moments on my sketchbook. At least a couple of Ospreys stop in Orbetello during the winter, plus some of the young Ospreys or adults born in the Maremma Park, wandering in the area. Pencil.

Sketch to Rutland Water - England

La collaborazione con il team della splendida riserva inglese di Rutland Water ci ha portato in visita all'Osprey Center e ai nidi sul lago dove gli Osprey si riproducono ormai da anni grazie al lavoro del gruppo inglese e scozzese con Roy, Tim & c. La nostra delegazione italiana del Parco della Maremma ha avuto quindi modo di osservare dal vero le coppie di Osprey presenti e queste sono alcune pagine del taccuino del viaggio inglese a Rutland. Our cooperation with the Rutland Water Reserve team, in England, brought us to visit the Osprey Centre and the nests on the lake where the Ospreys have been breeding now for years thanks to the work of the English and Scottish group with Roy, Tim & co. Our Italian delegation of the Maremma Park could observe the Osprey couples there and these are some pages of Rutland travel sketchbook. Pencil.
